At Sorogal, we take pride in creating quality made-to-order products inspired by culture, heritage, and creativity. Because our products are custom-made specifically for each order, please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all Sorogal products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Color preference differences
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect from what was ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A refund (when appropriate)
Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for resolution.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment provider to investigate the issue.
Please note:
- Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier may not qualify for replacement or refund.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address

Order Cancellations
Because orders move quickly into production, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
